Getting started

Up and running in 5 minutes

Six steps, once — then PulseProHQ watches your Fiverr inbox for you.

1. Create your free account

Sign up here with your email, confirm the verification email, and log in. Every account gets full access, free — no card needed.

2. Download the extension

Download the PulseProHQ extension (.zip) and unzip it anywhere on your computer (right-click → Extract Allon Windows). Remember where you put the folder — Chrome needs to point at it in the next step. We're in the process of publishing to the Chrome Web Store; until then this manual install works exactly the same.

3. Install it in Chrome

Open chrome://extensions in a new tab → turn on Developer mode (toggle, top right) → click Load unpacked (top left) → select the unzipped folder. The PulseProHQ icon appears next to your address bar — pin it for easy access.

4. Log the extension in

Click the PulseProHQ icon and log in with your PulseProHQ email and password — the account from step 1, neveryour Fiverr login (we never ask for Fiverr credentials). You'll see "✓ Connected!" when it works. From then on, open the popup any time to check the live status — it honestly shows "🟢 Watching Fiverr"when it's actively detecting, or tells you exactly why it isn't.

5. Open Fiverr and leave the tab open

Open fiverr.com/inbox (or pro.fiverr.com if you're a Pro seller) and simply leave that tab open — your Orders page works the same way. That's it, detection is automatic from here.

6. Connect Telegram (optional but recommended)

In your dashboard Settings, tap Connect Telegram — it opens Telegram, you tap Startonce, done. Now alerts reach your phone even when you're away from the computer (as long as your computer stays on with the Fiverr tab open).

What to expect

Works while you work on other things

You don't need to be looking at the Fiverr tab — it doesn't even need to be the tab you last clicked on. Switch to Gmail, write documents, edit videos, use other apps: as long as Chrome is running somewhere with that Fiverr tab still open (even buried in the background), detection keeps working. It checks every 5 seconds when it can (see below for the one case where it slows down). The extension automatically tells Chrome to keep the Fiverr tab awake, so Chrome's memory-saver won't put it to sleep — nothing for you to set up.

If Chrome ever discards the tab anyway (rare, but possible on some Chrome versions/settings), you can also fix it manually: right-click the Fiverr tab → "Always keep this tab active" (if your version of Chrome shows that option), or open chrome://settings/performance → "Always keep these sites active" → add fiverr.com. Most people will never need this — it's a backup, not a requirement.

Left in the background a long time? It can slow to once a minute

Chrome itself — not PulseProHQ — slows down timers in tabs that have sat unfocused for a while (Chrome calls this "intensive throttling"). After roughly 5 minutes in the background, Chrome can clamp our 5-second check down to about once a minute, no matter what interval we ask for. We can't override this from an extension — even Chrome's own scheduling API has a 1-minute floor.

It rarely matters in practice — the moment Fiverr's own page actually updates, detection reacts instantly regardless of this throttling. If split-second timing matters for a particular order, keeping the Fiverr tab in the foreground (or glancing at it occasionally) sidesteps the slowdown entirely.

It watches your Inbox and Orders pages specifically

Not "anywhere on Fiverr" — the extension reads the actual message/order list on the page, so that page has to be open in some tab. If you're browsing a gig or your profile instead, detection is paused until you're back on your Inbox or Orders tab. It doesn't need to be the tab you're looking at, just one that's open somewhere.

Computer off = detection paused (for now)

Honest limitation: the extension lives inside Chrome, so if your computer is off or asleep, nothing can watch your inbox. We will never ask for your Fiverr password to monitor it from our servers — that would violate Fiverr's terms and our own privacy promise. Around-the-clock monitoring is what our upcoming mobile app is for.

Already installed? Here's how to update

Until we're on the Chrome Web Store, updates don't install automatically — you'll need to grab the latest version yourself whenever we ship a fix.

Easiest way (keeps you logged in): download the new .zip and unzip it into the exact same folder as before, overwriting the old files. Then go to chrome://extensions and click the reload icon (↻) on the PulseProHQ card. Same folder means Chrome treats it as the same extension, so your login carries over.

If you unzip to a new folder instead, Chrome sees it as a different extension — remove the old PulseProHQ entry, load the new folder (steps 2–3 above), and log in again.
