Privacy Policy

• We never see, ask for, or store your Fiverr password.
• The extension reads only what is visible on Fiverr pages in your own logged-in browser, and only to generate your alerts.
• We collect the minimum needed to run the service.
• We don't sell your data. Ever.
• You can export or delete everything, any time.

Account data: your name, email address, and — if you sign in with Google — your Google account email. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider (Supabase) and stored only as secure hashes; we cannot read them.

Notification data: when the extension detects an event on Fiverr (a new message, order, review, or deadline), it sends us the event type, a short title, a text preview, and — for orders — the order number, buyer display name, gig name, value, and due date. This exists so your dashboard and alerts work.

Device data: which browsers have your extension installed, extension version, and last sync time — so you can see and revoke your own devices.

Notification channels (optional, you choose):if you turn on Telegram or WhatsApp alerts, we store the chat ID or phone number needed to message you there, and the content of each alert (title and a short message preview) passes through that provider's own servers (Telegram, or Meta for WhatsApp) to reach you — the same way it would for any message sent through those apps. If you turn on email alerts, we use the email already on your account — nothing new is collected.

Team accounts:if you accept an invite to join someone's team, your name, email, and aggregate activity stats (not full message content) become visible to that team's owner on their team dashboard. Leaving or being removed from a team stops this sharing going forward.

AI assistant (optional):if you use the AI support chat, your messages are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a reply. We don't send your Fiverr data or notification history to it — only what you type in that chat.

What we do NOT collect: your Fiverr password or login session, full conversation histories, payment or bank details, or anything from pages other than Fiverr.

Only to deliver the service: detecting events, sending you notifications, showing your dashboard, and keeping your account secure (e.g. rate-limiting suspicious login attempts). We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone, and we do not use your data for advertising.

Data is stored with Supabase (PostgreSQL) and our web infrastructure runs on Vercel. Both are industry-standard providers with their own security programs. All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and access to your rows is enforced at the database level (Row Level Security).

Who else touches your data:only the providers needed to run the features you actually use — Supabase (database & auth), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI assistant replies, if you use that feature), Telegram and Meta/WhatsApp (delivering alerts to those channels, if connected), and Google (sign-in, once available). These providers may process data outside Nigeria or the EU; we only use providers with their own security and data-protection commitments in place.

How long we keep it:for as long as your account is active. Deleting your account removes your data immediately, except where we're legally required to retain limited records (e.g. for fraud prevention in the affiliate program) for a longer period.

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA), the EU GDPR, and similar laws, you can: request a copy of your data, correct it, delete your account and all associated data, or object to processing. Email pulseprohq@gmail.com and we'll act within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your notifications, orders, devices, and profile permanently.

We use only essential cookies: the session cookie that keeps you logged in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities within 72 hours of confirming it, as required by the NDPA and GDPR.

The PulseProHQ Chrome extension requests only what it needs to detect events on Fiverr and deliver alerts — nothing more:

• Access to fiverr.com and pro.fiverr.com: to read your Inbox and Orders pages in your own logged-in browser and detect new messages or order status changes. The extension cannot read any other website.
• Notifications: to show a native browser notification the moment a new message or order status change is detected.
• Storage:to keep you logged in to the extension and to remember what it has already seen, so you don't get duplicate alerts.
• Tabs:to check whether a Fiverr tab is open (so the extension can honestly tell you whether it's watching) and to stop Chrome from putting an idle Fiverr tab to sleep, which would otherwise silently stop detection.
• Alarms:to run periodic background checks (retrying failed syncs, keeping Fiverr tabs awake) even when the extension's popup isn't open.

The extension never asks for or has access to your Fiverr password or login session — you stay logged in to Fiverr the normal way, in your own browser.
